Getting Started with the User Guides
Spider Impact is a Key Performance Management tool. On the whole, the application is very intuitive. By working your way through the guides, you will become an Impact Ninja!
The following user guides follow the path a typical ‘Administrator’ would take when entering and building a complete system. Starting with the basics of Navigation and the creation of a Scorecard in the Getting Started Section. This is followed by how to aggregate and present the scorecard data in the Presentation section. The Administration section follows which looks at user management, groups and permissions. The last two user guide sections look at Advanced functionality and Integration activities.
