Can I pay monthly?
The software is priced per month which is an industry-standard allowing you to make price comparisons.
We charge annually via an electronic invoice with a convenient ‘Pay-Now’ button for small payments. For larger purchases payment is by direct electronic transfer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The software is hosted on secure servers and the price includes server maintenance, data backups, and software upgrades. And of course, you are free to cancel at any time. There are huge advantages to using Cloud software. You can start with no risk and no IT involvement. With our hosted pricing there is no hardware to buy, software to be approved, or long term contract to sign. We can have you up and running today. The service is highly secure, highly resilient and highly scalable.
Are view-only users free?
Viewers are not free, but the bigger the package you buy, the more view only users you will receive. You have full control over licensed user roles (see ‘What is a user’). Viewers are not able to interact with the application. Many users are only interested in viewing Dashboards. For that reason, we provide a Shared Dashboard option that allows you to embed dashboards into your existing intranet, website or SharePoint systems.
Save with annual
Paying annually is by far the cheapest way to buy the software. Not only do you reduce your invoice costs (in many medium to large companies it can cost up to £100 to raise a purchase order and complete an invoice payment!) but we will give you one-month free for every user for orders greater than 5 users.
Do you provide training?
Yes. The software is intuitive, but like any new application, you will need some instructions. We have a full set of video guides and a comprehensive set of user guides. We can provide a demonstration prior to purchase and two free online training sessions after purchase. If you require deep-dive training we can provide a full day training session at your site.
Can I pay in USD or Euros?
We can accept payments in multiple currencies and can invoice in GBP, USD and Euro. If you would like to receive pricing in USD or Euro then please ask, we are happy to invoice in these currencies for any package greater than 10 users.
What is a user?
A user is anyone who is added to the system. There are four user types and each user type has its own set of permissions. A Power User has full control of every aspect of the system. An Update User can update measures, initiatives and notes and add files. An Interactive User can update notes and collect bookmarks. And finally a View Only user can look at the system but cannot interact with it.
Enterprise pricing
We have many very large customers. When the user count goes above 100 you are considered an SME, Small to Medium Enterprise. When it goes above 300, you are considered an Enterprise. The largest customers, like the US Army, have systems with several thousand users. We can offer considerable discounts to Enterprise customer, please contact us for more information.
How does the free trial work?
Click on the free trial button and you will be taken to a page to enter a few contact details. Within 24 hours you will receive a link to a dedicated 30-day free trial. We will contact you by e-mail during the 30 days to check you have everything you need. If you decide to purchase a subscription then all of the data you have added to the trial can be transferred to your new production system free of charge.
Flexible licensing and hosting
Most of our customers want us to host the service in our ultra-secure data centres. We are happy to do so. You will get all of the software updates automatically and applied free of charge. Some prefer to host the software in their own data centres. We can do that as well. We will give you a copy of the application and provide software updates as an when you want apply them. The software price for both services is exactly the same.
I only want 7 users, can you do that?
We can provide a package of any size you require, 7, 17 or 77 you select the number of users and we will work out the best price for you. The price per user reduces as the number of users goes up. We can also provide special discounts for charities, education, and government agencies.
Do you offer a software purchase option?
Yes. The traditional route where you purchase the software and manage it yourself is an option. You will need to provide your own hardware. This option is priced like most performance management software: a one-time license fee up front and a 20% yearly maintenance fee for upgrades.
