Press Release – Intrafocus e-Book is positively reviewed by Stacey Barr.

The Intrafocus e-Book Developing Meaningful KPIs has been given a four star review by Stacey Barr, world renowned performance measure specialist.

Intrafocus has re-published its e-Book “Developing Meaningful KPIs” with an extended chapter on how to interpret business performance results. Stacey Barr, the world renowned performance measure specialist has reviewed the e-Book and given it a four-star rating.

“It primes customers to really think about the performance measures and information they need, before they think about their BI or dashboard or scorecard technology” says Stacey Barr. “One of the bad habits I see too often is people rushing to build dashboards, assuming this will be the remedy to their information woes.”

Stacey Barr, like Intrafocus, recognises that the road to business performance data visualisation and the selection of technology is proceeded by a lot of hard work to determine ‘what’ needs to be measured and ‘how’ it will be measured.

The e-Book presents a straightforward step-by-step guide through the process of developing business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). It is heavily influenced by the Stacey Barr PuMP™ methodology and the Balanced Scorecard Institute’s Nine Steps to Success™. It also draws upon decades of experience in the field.

Stacey Barr completes the review by saying “ When we follow his advice in Developing Meaningful Key Performance Indicators, our dashboards and scorecards will be more insightful and will become the very thing they were supposed to be: a fast and accurate way to get insights from our data about the results that matter most to us.”

This is high praise indeed.

The e-book Developing Meaningful KPIs can be found on Amazon and is also available free of charge from the Intrafocus Website.
