What should we send?

To get the most out of a pilot, you should send a spreadsheet that includes a set of measures and targets and some historical data. If you don’t have that, then a presentation or old report will do. At some point you will need to think about targets. One of the big advantages of using software like QuickScore is the ability to create red, amber, green reports. To do this you need to set targets.

How much should we send?

Enough to be representative, but not too much. After all we are building a pilot not a complete system. We have found that around 20-30 measures will do. If you have organised your data into groups, objectives and measures then that will be helpful but it is not required. 

You could send an end of month report. We can select some data and let you know if the application is a good fit.

What do we get in return?

First an assessment. We don’t want to waste your time. If Spider Impact is not a good fit, we will let you know. If it is a good fit, we will organise your data into a scorecard. From the scorecard we will build one, two or three dashboards, this depends on how much data you send. Next, we will create a row-and-column view of an area. We may then link the scorecard to a couple of tasks and finally create a ‘Briefing’ which brings everything together in a final report.

How long will it take?

We aim to turnaround these builds within three days. During this time, you will have the trial system at your disposal so you can experiment while you watch us build your system.
