Actual values can be imported from spreadsheets (and direct from backend systems), as can threshold values. i.e. when a measure turns red or green. to import actual values go to the ‘Importing Actual Values’ guide above.
To add thresholds to a spreadsheet import, a different csv or excel template needs to be used. There are three styles of import as follows with links to samples:
- Define date while importing – which can include thresholds – Defined Date
- Date in Row – which can include thresholds – Row Date
- Date Range in Header – which cannot include thresholds – Column Date
